Sunrooms
Sunrooms are a wonderful addition to any home.
Sunrooms that are made with conventional materials, like skylights and high efficiency windows, and R-20 wall insulation will be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer than all glass and aluminum ones.
We often replace a number of the aluminum & glass type because they have a tendency to leak.
Decks
Decks are a popular part of the renovation of many homes and we've built hundreds of them.
Care should be taken that they are built properly by qualified tradespeople.
A well-built deck can be safe, functional and durable- even in our wet climate- with the proper planning and materials.
Bathrooms
We can help you update your bathroom's look or repair water or fire damage.
Bathrooms require almost the same number and kind of workers that building an entire house requires:
A plumber, electrician, venting, painting, flooring, drywalling, cabinets (By Gillingham of course) and finishing.
The only thing missing is concrete, siding and roofing and you could have built a very small house.

Yes we do workshops, garages and sheds too!
Create the space you need for your car/boat stowage, household storage or hobby needs.
NOTE: If your project is more than 100 sq. ft., a permit will usually be required.
Living Rooms
As the main shared space for families, your living room should reflect the kinds of activities you like to do, and it should keep you warm and comfortable at the same time.
We often redo flooring, add fireplaces, and/or open up walls for a more open concept configuration between kitchens and living rooms.
